Charizard VMAX Deck Profile!

One of my favorite new VMAX cards to come out of Darkness Ablaze is Charizard VMAX! Charizard VMAX does 300 damage, and thanks to cards like Volcanion, Welder & Triple Acceleration Energy, it is easy to power it up quickly! The list that I am currently using for my Charizard VMAX deck is presently a pre-rotation deck, as it can be a deck choice for any upcoming Ultra Prism to Darkness Ablaze tournaments that are happening for a few weeks before rotation. Let's take a look at the list and break it down!

This is my current list for Charizard VMAX & I believe that is is pretty good when you can make it work. The deck revolves around a few ways to power up your Charizard VMAX, using cards like Welder & Volcanion. Volcanion is essential because the attack “Flare Starter” allows you to search your deck for 3 Fire Energies to put onto your Charizard V. This alongside evolving the Charizard V into a VMAX and followed by a Triple Acceleration Energy the following turn allows you to immediately attack for 300 Damage! Zigzagoon is also important as well 300 damage is a lot to do, there are other VMAXs now with 310 HP+ so using Zigzagoon with Scoop Up Net and also Vitality Band allows you to reach high numbers of 320/340 damage easily! Of course, since this Charizard deck uses cards like Welder to power up Charizard & is one of the main draw supporters, we use the tech draw Pokémon like Dedenne GX and the new Crobat V! These 2 Pokémon allow us to dig through our deck when looking for a specific card like Welder or Triple Acceleration Energy! A tech card I do also play is Victini V, as in the late game, Victini V's first attack Spreading Flames can be useful for putting fire energy back onto our Charizard VMAX! Another card I have in here as a tech is the card Piers. Piers is a new supporter from Darkness Ablaze that allows you to grab a dark Pokémon and an energy. This means you can get a Zigzagoon or a Crobat V to add damage or draw and grab a Triple Acceleration Energy for Charizard to attack. This means Piers can sometimes guarantee you get the knockout! We can also reuse Piers with our Eldegoss V! I would also include other cards: Heatran GX, Blacephalon GX, 4th Switch, 4th Charizard V, 3rd Pokémon Communication!

This is my list I am using and what the deck is all about! It is very fun to play & is very satisfying to knock out big VMAXs and Tag Teams with Charizard VMAX!
