Shipping

Singles and supplies are only shipped within the U.S.

However, codes can be purchased from anywhere in the world as we automatically deliver them to your email!

-Orders ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship over the weekend.

-Orders will ship the same day as long as they are placed before noon CST. All other orders will ship next business day.

-If the products are not in stock (pre-orders) then the expected ship date will be included in the product description.

-If you have multiple pre-order items in one order, the last product to release will determine the actual ship date. 

We will not split up orders based on release dates. If you need some products earlier than others, PLEASE order them separately.

Due to the nature of PTCGO codes, all code orders are final. We do not make exceptions.

For singles and supplies; As long as your order has not already been shipped to you, yes.

If your order has been shipped and you wish to return it, please send us an email at info@cardcaverntradingcards.com and let us know as soon as possible.

**All returned orders (even exchanges due to damages) must be in the same condition as we sent it. (If sealed products are opened, we will NOT accept returns/exchanges.**

Other Questions

It's really hard to put a specific time frame on restocking inventory. The best way to know when something is back in stock is to enter your email in the signup form on any out of stock product.
